Log periodic monopole array

A log periodic monopole array is a broadband high gain antenna making use of monopole elements instead of dipole elements.

The physical dimensions of a log periodic monopole array assembly are defined by its longest element length, shortest element length, scaling factor, spacing factor, fixed element radius or length to diameter ratio, boom characteristic impedance, velocity factor and stub characteristic impedance, as shown in the dialog box below.
